IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

Every ticket goes on sale to our VineHop VIPs first on Friday 3rd July at 12 noon.
You must be signed up to gain access to tickets early.

The remainder of tickets go on sale to the public the following Monday 6th July at 12 noon.
Some tickets will sell out in the early access period. To avoid disappointment please sign up to become a VineHop VIP to secure your early access pass for when tickets go on sale.

SHUTTLE TICKET

This bundled ticket includes your Shuttle Bus + GA entry, making your festival day easy and seamless!

Choose between the North or South route, each visit three incredible vineyards/cellar doors plus the Festival Hub at The Briars on a hop-on, hop-off bus.

Hop on from Seaford (Metro train line), Mornington, or Rosebud, or any of the four venues on the shuttle loop.

The festival hub @ the briars

This ticket is for those wanting to visit just one venue.
The Festival Hub @ The Briars is our largest venue and has more bars, more food and a real festival vibe.

Tickets include venue assess to The Briars, tastings and car parking.
 Bus Transfers are also available from Seaford, Mornington or Rosebud to get you to and from this venue.

GA TICKET

This ticket is for those on a Private Bus or those with their own driver and vehicle. The GA ticket provides access to all seven venues and tastings, it does not include transport.

Groups of more than 12 people must book their bus (with driver) via the VineHop website.

Groups of less than 12 people can arrange their own transport as long as the driver is not attending the event. Drivers must drop off and pick up, there is no parking at any venue, other than The Briars.

PRIVATE BUS PRICES

Perfect for groups wanting to do VineHop together!
Choose from an 11, 24 or 57-seat private coach and travel your own way across the festival.

 

There are three ways to book your Private Bus:

• Bus Only – Hire a private bus, each person buys their own GA ticket
• Bundled Package – Includes your private bus + all GA tickets, paid upfront by the booking organiser.
• Deposit + Booking System Package – Pay a $1,000 deposit and we’ll create a custom booking link for your group so everyone can purchase and pay for their own spot directly. Once your bus sells out, your deposit is refunded.

 

Private buses can visit any VineHop venues and include up to 8 hours with a driver.
Groups of less than 12 people can arrange their own transport, however drivers cannot attend the event and there is no parking at venues other than The Festival Hub @ The Briars.

Want to know more about the Private Bus Packages with booking system?
Our new Deposit + Booking System option is designed to make organising a group easier than ever — and can also be a great fundraising opportunity for clubs, teams, social groups and community organisations.

Instead of one person paying the full package upfront or chasing everyone for money, the booking organiser simply pays a $1,000 deposit to secure the bus. We then create a custom private booking page for your group where each passenger can purchase and pay for their own seat + GA ticket directly.

This option is available for the 24 and 57-seat bundled packages.


Example – 57 Seat Bus Package
Package Cost: $6,500
 
If your group sets the minimum at 40 passengers:
• Ticket price = $162.50pp
• If all 57 seats sell, your group receives up to $2,762.50 back as fundraising profit

If your group sets the minimum at 50 passengers:
• Ticket price = $130pp
• If all 57 seats sell, your group receives up to $910 back as fundraising profit

Example – 24 Seat Bus Package
Package Cost: $3,900
 
If your group sets the minimum at 20 passengers:
• Ticket price = $195pp
• If all 24 seats sell, your group receives up to $780 back as fundraising profit

The more seats you fill above your minimum threshold, the more money your group keeps.
HOW IT WORKS
• Pay a $1,000 deposit to secure your bus package
• Choose your minimum passenger threshold
• We create a private booking link for your group
• Guests book and pay individually online
• Once your minimum threshold is reached, your deposit is refunded
• Any money generated above the package cost is returned to your organisation/group
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Packages include private coach hire with driver plus GA tickets
• Private bus routes and pickup locations are fully customisable
• Bus hire includes up to 8 hours from initial pickup through to return drop-off
• GA tickets included in this package cannot be separated from the bus package
• Groups are responsible for promoting and filling their bus
• Minimum passenger thresholds must be reached by 01 October 2026
• Deposit is refundable once the agreed minimum threshold is reached
• Any additional money generated above the agreed minimum passenger threshold is refunded back to the booking organiser/group contact, not individual ticket purchasers
• Final pickup times and route details will be confirmed closer to the event
• Deposit + Booking System packages are strictly limited in availability. As this is a new offering for VineHop 2026, only a limited number of private buses will be available with the booking system option. Once allocation is exhausted, no further booking system packages will be released.
